    Crews replaced a fire hydrant down the street and the street became flooded with muddy water g Although DWSD was here to clean the draiabout onest we ago, , it is backed up and not draining at all. Confirmed that there are s no debris covering the grate. Since it is trash pick-up day, trash cans are falling over in the water and trash is falling out into the flooded street
