Bench at park at Herkimer and Franklin Streets has a ton of garbage on/around it. Took a photo of a hypodermic needle sitting under the bench. This is just outside a kids park!

Last year, after I complained the garbage in the park at Herkimer/Franklin streets wasn’t being emptied the city came and took the bin away to solve the problem on their end. Now, this is what the people who live here and the kids that play here have to look at every day. Please return the trash bin to this park and please empty it on a regular basis.

When heading east on Madison there is no longer an arrow to turn left and the light is green long enough to allow about 4 cars through before cycling through to yellow and back to red.

I see no evidence the even side of Westerlo street, between green and pearl streets, was cleaned on Sunday night 1/13/19-Monday AM on 1/14/19. There is garbage, namely 2 paper plates and a Newport cigarette pack that did not move 1 inch from where they were yesterday. Surely a street cleaner would have at least moved those 3 items slightly had it come at all. What is going on? This is several times now I’m reporting this same issue in the past few months.

During one of the snow storms a large branch fell in the park on Herkimer Street between Green and S. Pearl streets. It looks like the limb has bee cut up but not picked up. I believe the tree is on city property.

There are several large/deep potholes on quay street that extend to the entire stretch between Madison Ave and the entrance ramp to I787 north. One is so deep the metal grid below the pavement is exposed. This is the area behind the Dutch Apple/USS slater.

White household trash bags piled in and around city provided permanent trash can. I've reported this several weeks in a row. Why not realize it's an issue and empty this bin regularly?

Some left a bag of household garbage on the sidewalk. It is ripped open and all over the sidewalk.

The whole stretch of Dallius from Madison to Liberty Sts but especially at Hamilton, near the bus station is uneven, bumpy and pot hole ridden. I often see people heading north on Dallius using the southbound lane/side of the road to avoid having to drive over the potholes.

There is a pile of human excrement next to a park bench on Franklin Street. It is definitely human because there was toilet paper next to it.

The waste bin at the NW corner of S. Pearl and Westerlo Streets is overflowing with white household garbage bags. There are bags in, on and around the bin.

The garbage can in the rear of the AHA building at 200 So. Pearl was overflowing this morning and garbage was all over the ground. This parking lot and the flower beds also have a lot of debris and cig butts in them and it looks awful. On the northeast side of the lot (actually at the end of the driveway in to the lot aka Franklin St.) there is a pile of small stones ogs crews dumped in the lots for traction after a snow storm and it's killing the grass and is unsightly.
