    The light at mar will and Whitehall isn't set correctly At 6:00 am whenever it changes, there's a pause for pedestrians to walk all ways through the intersection while all lights are red No one is there to have pushed the walk button It should only do this during school hours. It never used to do this (it changed normally) but for the past couple weeks it's been running in "school day mode."

    New No Parking signs on Glendale Old ones had the time of midnight (12:00 AM) to 6:00 am New ones say Noon (12:00 PM) to 6:00 am This doesn't make any sense and should be corrected before someone gets a ticket at 1:00 pm Also, these are new posts with "No Parking Here To Corner." Why this change? At Glendale and New Scotland there is zero enforcement of no parking here to corner, where it's a real problem

    A youth rides his mini bike up and down the streets all around this neighborhood, pretty much daily. On 8/8 during a block party, he started riding down the dead-end block of Glendale, which was barricaded for the party. My wife said he shouldn’t be riding down the street with all the people and kids, and his response was “I’ll beat the $h!t out of you if tell me hat again.” I have heard he also threatened someone who took a picture of him riding his mini bike with violence. Called the police, but they didn’t even take my wife’s name.
