    The timing of the traffic lights is completely offset this intersection. It's terrible if you are heading east on Taft and trying to turn left to go noth on flamingo. It will cycle a couple of times before its yourturn.

    At this intersection on the south bound left turn lanes to get on east bound pines blvd, the lights cycle too fast. About 3 cars can turn left and the light is red again. This happens during peak times when kids are being dropped off at the near by school, 830am. Causes traffic delays for drivers driving south from 129th ave to east bound pines blvd.

    During Irma the pine tress located on the north side of CB Smith park were pushed north and knocked out all the powerlines and poles along Taft Street. Taft street was closed. Everything has been repaired. I am afraid we will have a repeat. There are still tall pine trees along Taft street within CB Smith park. If we get another strong storm that blows north, the same thing will happen. Can the tall pine trees be cut below the powerline level before 2018 hurricane season starts.

    There are plenty of fade street markings along 129 ave North of pines blvd. The whole street along Walter c young school has faded or missing street markings. they should be touched up especially in front of and elementary and pre schools for safety reasons.

    the mattress signs are back. someone had previously closed this case but the issue has not be resolved. the business owner has been contacted many times but he doesnt care and continues to post these signs every Saturday. the city has not cited him.

    Rowland Schaffer Blvd / SW 1st Street. The street that runs through this shopping center is very uneven and full of pot holes. The lane are not clearly marked.

    The lights which illuminate the street name signs are not working at the 129th ave and pines blvd intersection. It is hard to see at night what street you are on when approaching this intersection. Please fix asap.

    There are always mattress advertisement signs around the Pembroke Falls area along 129th Ave. I have call the number on the signs and have told them to stop placing those signs around our area. He says he is going to stop but never does. He places them on private property. Please see the attached picture.

    The street markings at the Waterways community are almost completely gone. The lines just outside the community that kids use to cross the street are barely visible. The lines within the community are barely visible as well. The street reflectors to mark the fire hydrants are missing which would cause a great concern in the case of an emergency.

    The traffic light at Pines Blvd and Grand Palms Dr takes very long to cycle. It would be nice if it was on the same patter as the traffic light at Pines Blvd and SW 145th Ave where the straight lanes move first and then the turning lanes. This way the turning lanes have time to queue up and have a great volume of vehicles to pass through the intersection per cycle.
