the customers at Manhattan mini storage constantly misuse the sidewalk as a parking lot. they force pedestrians, strollers or even wheelchairs into the uneven cobblestone street. it has always annoyed me but today I witnessed a young mother attempting to navigate this obstruction with her double stroller and decided it is time to report this issue before someone gets hurt.
