    I wanted to follow up on the issue I reported last week regarding the property at 162 Bowers Street, JC 07307.

    While I appreciate the city's prompt response in issuing a violation for the illegal street marking, but I'm disappointed to see that the large white line remain painted on the street. As a member of the community, I find this marking not only illegal but also offensive and bothersome to myself and my neighbors.

    I kindly urge the city to take further action to ensure the removal of this illegal marking, as it continues to be a point of contention within the community. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    Additionally, I believe that if the neighbor were to mark their driveway legally, it would help resolve this issue entirely.

    Bowers Street between central and summit avenue is a narrow block needs to be turned into a one way street. Speed bumps needed or a one way street. Cars speed to be the red light on each corner and are constantly double parked in the middle of the block. And there’s still no white line painted to mark a two way street after street was repaved. Surveillance cameras are needed to monitor the speed and traffic and activities on block.

    Again this property is constructing a driveway after spray painting an illegal driveway. Furthermore, as you can see in the picture that they left the side walk and the street curb with concrete mix all over. I parked there without realizing it and my car has white concrete all over and so does my shoes. SMH. Please investigate if this in legal and if they have a permit to do so.

    Please investigate this marked handicap space is vacant and to my knowledge no one parks there. Someone who is handicap parked their this week and got a court ticket. Please let us know if this spot could be removed because we believe that the owner of it has died? The block and cross section is Manila Ave and 4thst. It is near the store in front of the PACO complex. And the number on the handicap is pictured above. Thank you in advanced.

    The white lines on this driveway is extremely stretched out. It is improperly painted because the house owner never parks inside the actual driveway. Instead they park on the street. Please investigate and having the white marked lines properly painted. Thanks you in advance.

    House was previously sold and is currently vacant. The driveway is not marked on the street and if a car is to park there the car will be on the walking sidewalk making it an illegal driveway please investigate. “Dixon Leasing Company” goes on further harassing the neighbors and the community by placing WARNING this vechicle will be towed in 24hrs. It is not that simple as going to a 99 cent and placing a “no parking-private” drive signs. This driveway must be registered the legal way.
