    Hello.

    I have been attempting to work with the staff at the Alpharetta Presbyterian Church to no avail. For many months, they have been getting their trash/dumpster picked between 3:00am and 4:00am on Monday mornings. My home and many otthers are co-located with on the corner of the property where the dumpsters are located. By ordinance they are not allowed to pick up trash between 9:00pm and 7:00am.

    I have talked with Gene Casey (Property Manager at the church) several times, and have been assured that they would get their provider to change their schedule. Months later ( at 4:00am this morning ) the dumpster pick up continues.

    I contacted the Noise Ordinance line ( Police/ Fire non-emergency ) and they pointed me in your direction due to the long term nature of the problem.

    I’d like to know why a private developer continues to block the extension of Haynes Bridge Road connection to Cricket Lane. This road was approved to provide traffic relief and his building materials and a barricade are blocking this public road. It has carried on long enough, as they can find another place for their materials, as their needs do not supercede the community needs for traffic relief.

    I will be reaching out to City Council members as well.
