    This section of roadway from 155 to the Guilderland town line is in horrendous shape and is in desperate need of being re-paved. It has been patched and patched for a few years now, and all of the patches are breaking apart and the road now resembles a mine field and is causing vehicle damage, I'm sure.

    Trash piled up in the parking lot located at 135 State Street. Originator of trash appears to be from inside 314 State Street according to a contractor witness who saw the trash being piled there. Trash pile damaged a window screen on the 324 State Street Building next door.

    There are a few sidewalk panels in front of 1001 Madison Ave. that have settled and when we get any rain or snow melt, an 8 foot long, 4" deep puddle forms in this spot. The panels need to be reset so that the water drains away toward the road OR a drain needs to be installed to keep the huge puddle away. In the winter this puddle turns into an icy pond and many people slip on it.

    There is a dead tree across the street from 207 Partridge that should be taken down and the stump ground. I'm afraid that snow will bring it down over the winter since it has a large spread on it.
