    The owners will not do anything about the issues in the building. As you can see in the pictures there's water damage and mold throughout the building including the hallways. The whole building has a very bad rodent infestation that's being controlled with "spray foam" as seen in the pictures and no extermination. There's currently a bed bug infestation throughout the building also. The crime alone in this building is very high due to the entrances not having locks, this allows people off the street inside at free will, they litter, sleep, and deficate in the halls. These are only a few issues that need to be addressed. The city has been contacted multiple times and complaints have been made. This building has been run like this for years and nothing has been done. The owner is responsible for over 80 active code violations in the city currently. Please inspect the whole building it's unsafe and unhealthy.

    There's over 80 open housing code violations right now that wethersfield avenue portfolio LLC/AKA Park property management the owner of this building is responsible for in the city of Hartford. All the tenants in the building have called and made complaints. The city inspector Rochelle allows this to go on because there's been many complaints about the issues and for years this building has been run like this. The building is infested with mice, there's leaks everywhere coming from the roof and from pipes in the walls. There's black mold in plain sight. The heating system never functions correctly and pushes out heat 24/7 instead of in increments. The ceilings and walls are cracking like the foundation is falling apart. Paint is peeling in all the apartments. The owner doesn't have any type of lock on any of the entrances which allows people to enter and roam the building at free will. There's been a lot of crime in the building lately due to not having a locked entryway. These people prostitute in the side hallway and litter their used condoms and drug paraphernalia along with using the hallways as a place to defecate and sleep. People also squat in the empty apartments because they have working heat and hot water and can easily get in right through the door. Why is this building getting swept under the rug? Something needs to be done because when complaints are made with code enforcement nothing gets done. This building is not fit for anyone to live in. Please come inspect the entire building and you will see the unhealthy living conditions.
