    A while ago I notice the street sweeper along odd High Street changed paths and no longer goes completely down the block of High street where I live. NOW, before arriving at 1801 High street, the sweeper takes a left turn from High Street to Monte Vista. Consequently, the area in front of my home never gets street swept and now has permanent standing water that grows visible MOSS/ Algae which started happening around the same time the path change of the street sweeper occurred. I'm also concerned about mosquito growth with this permanent standing water.

    I live in High Street at Bayo Vista. The speed limit is 25 mph however most people go at least 35 mph +. I regularly see motorists travel 50 mph plus. Both my neighbor's car and my car have been hit by other cars while parked on High street. There are numerous children living on High street. Please do some speed/ traffic enforcement, haven't seen any enforcement for a long time. Also, a sign displaying the driver's speed may also help.
