    Once again the trash and recycling collection did not come at all to our neighborhood (Timberwood, Nutmeg, and maybe beyond) as scheduled yesterday (Friday) morning. Now our bins are still all at the curb looking trashy. Please send the collection team immediately to resolve this. As this is a repeat issue, please investigate what is the root cause and implement the necessary corrective actions to be sure it doesn't continue to happen.

    For the 2nd time in just a month or two the recycling pickup completely missed Timberwood Trail. Once is a mistake, but twice is a malfunction of service. Fix it, and determine the root cause & fix that too.

    Recycling completely missed our north side of Timberwood Trl yesterday (4/14). Me and sevaral neighbors still have full blue cans on the curb. Please send them back to finish the job.

    I put a few items outside for bulk pickup prior to Oct 31, as required. For some reason everything was taken except for 2 items; a patio table top and a composite board for a TV cabinet. I didn't think much of the fact that the items weren't gone in early Nov, because other neighbors still had other items on their curbs. But now my items are the only ones left in the neighborhood. Please roll a town pickup buy to take them away. Thanks!
