The new traffic light they installed at the corner of Pelham Street & Aegean Drive needs to be re-programed. Why was it programed to default Pelham street the RED light and Aegean Drive the GREEN light late at night? After rush hour (7-8pm), that light should default to Pelham Street GREEN, and Aegean Drive RED. Not the other way around! As the most traffic is going up and down Pelham Street, not in and out of Aegean Drive. Most times past 7-8PM there is hardly any traffic coming out of Aegean. Why would anybody program it so Aegean has the green default?

After a certain time of the evening its probably best that, that traffic light is flashing YELLOW for Pelham Street, and flashing RED for Aegean Drive.

Where in the Town Of Methuen Website can I make a complaint for this traffic light?
