Drivers from Ted Turner turning left for the expressway constantly ignore and impede traffic flow from ivan allen jr. blvd during rush hour. they also turn the inside west bound lanes in front of the W and Ernest and Young into turning lane. this interferes and cause poor traffic flow for the surround connections and drivers not accessing the expressway. Much needs to be done with this growing issue. traffic violations are occurring daily because there is no consequences for blocking traffic! Be Proactive and do something.
