Either this homeowner has special privileges with the City or the homeowner is not getting the summonses the City say they are issuing. Either way it's time to go to Seven on your Side. My taxes are too high to have to look at this every day.

    So we finally get the ticket maid for the street cleaner but he can't issue tickets because his system shut down. When are our tax paying dollars going to work for those shelling out the money? Our streets are filthy and violators don't get ticketed. This is getting old. Bayview hasn't been properly swept since the beginning of the year.
