    There are two buttons to get the walk light on the southwest corner of the intersection. One of the buttons gets you across ET Grasso Boulevard from West to East side of the street. The other gets you from the South side of Whalley to the North. The latter button doesn't work. I reported this issue some months ago and was told it was fixed but it wasn't.

    Why is Little Ceasar's permitted to put signs on the tree line and string plastic flags from their property to anchors on the tree line?

    Its ugly visual pollution. I suppose you can't stop them from putting up what they will on their own property but I don't see how legally they are using the tree line. At least we can reduce the ugly clutter.

    Cars at this location are being parked in front of the large multi-family house facing Whalley Avenue on the tree line along Whalley Avenue. It kills the grass and turns the tree line into a dirt packed wasteland. They need to be ticketed.

    Someone dumped a truck cab on the tree line on the south side of Goffe Terrace just east of the intersection with the Boulevard.
    If you are driving from Westville downtown on Goffe Terrace its on the right hand side just as you go up the hill through the light at the ET Grasso Boulevard intersection.

    The entire intersection is falling apart and needs to be repaved. It has been in bad shape for a few years, winter destroyed it, the City did a crummy job of filling the worst of the holes in early spring and now it is falling apart again.

    Tree is dying and there are heavy dead branches in danger of falling on to the sidewalk and maiming an unlucky pedestrian.

    Whalley And West Park Avenue New Haven, Connecticut - Beaver Hills
    This is a problem that accompanies the entire corner from West Park around to Whalley . The homeowner on West Park never shovels the Whalley side of his property. The tenants of the multifamily house on Whalley Avenue are parking their cars on the sidewalk. Pedestrians are forced out onto Whalley Avenue at a wide point with fast moving traffic.

    There is a couch, an old TV and a mattress on the north side of Dyer almost at Fitch. The mattress is blocking the sidewalk. The pile has been there for nearly 3 weeks.
