    The tree within the berm has caused the sidewalk to be raised causing a trip hazard. I thought these sidewalks were priority #1 for being replaced. Asphalt was used to try to address the trip hazard a few years ago but it hasn't.

    Several years ago the homes on both sides of 5238 were demolished and the sidewalks were damaged as a result. Although the city is repairing sidewalks throughout the city, these sidewalks have gone unnoticed for nearly 10 years. They are a horrible hazard!
