The water fountain in the dog park doesn't work. The water fountain leaked when it was turned on. I believe this is the reason it was shut off.

There is a dead tree on the intersection of Palisade ave and Reservoir ave. It's big and unsafe to pedestrians, buses and cars.

Cars very often don't stop for pedestrians crossing Palisade at this crossing on Booraem Ave. Yesterday, 6/29 I stopped before the crossing to let a couple with a baby stroller to cross. They waited for the coming traffic to stop which tool awhile. When they started crossing they were almost hit but a car that came behind me on the right. Some drivers are just reckless. This guy then yelled at this couple for crossing Palisade. Can we have more police presence here to calm these type of drivers please? Maybe blinking light signs here would help? Thank you.

The right and only lane turning right to 18 street is covered with snow. Cars have to turn from the next lane.

The blue manhole next to the hydrant leaks. It's the intersection of Booraem and Palisade, the Booraem side.

Need one more "No Trucks" sign at this intersection. There is one sign on the right corner of Booraem Ave and Palisade intersection. But the cars turning left from Palisade who travel in the direction towards Supremo can not see it. We still have trucks turning here. Please install another sign on the left side of the Booraem intersection. The intersection is very wide for just one sign. Thank you!

There is a water leak near 385 8th street close to the hydrant

The tree was removed in August. The stump was not removed. Can you please take it so we can put a flower bed please?

There is another dead tree near 50 Booraem ave. The branches are above power lines. There is a big hole in the trunk.

Dead tree. It was killed in 2018 by the leaking hydrant. The city cut some branches in 2019.

New York ave blocked at 8am this morning by two (2) big trucks parked on the downhill side for unloading during the rush hour. This is very dangerous to block this road (it’s a county highway actually). I saw bicyclists running on the opposite side of the road to pass the parked trucks risking their lives. Could this type of road blocks be done during off-peak hours please?

Lots of garbage bags and boxes dumped on New York ave near the intersection with Ravine. See picture

There are traffic barricades left by the construction workers in the left lane. This creates confusion to the cars making a right turn from Jersey Ave to 18th going to Coles st.
