Pothole in northbound lane

From Paulina to Wolcott, both the east and west bound lanes are filled with potholes. They are wide and deep, causing major traffic backups in both directions and damage to cars.

There is a HUGE pothole across both lanes. It is both wide and deep. Causing flat tires.

The intersection at Ashland and Diversey is all torn up. There are massive potholes (a foot deep) that are causing damage to cars and major traffic back ups down Ashland. The water main work was filled with gravel which has since been kicked out and washed away leaving undrivable conditions.

The alley is overrun with rodents.

The red light is out.

This is the third time I am reporting this issue, as I was told that the light was in working order. I have included a picture taken at 8:50 pm. All street lights are on. The light in the park is not working.

The address for the park will not come up in this app and defaults to 1719 W Wolfram. The light is located inside Chi Che Wang playground and the intersection on W Wolfram and N Hermitage.

Two street lights are out. One on north side of street, one on south side of street. Just west of Paulina.

The light inside the playground is not turning on at night. Groups of young people are loitering in the dark park at all hours of the night, after curfew.
