I would like to make a suggestion about the Dodge Park pedestrian path that goes under Riverland. There is a trecherous blind turn there and I personally had many close calls whilst coming around that curve on my bike. My friend actually had a collision there going around that turn because the oncoming person was on the wrong side. People do not stay to the right and you cant see them coming. The city of Utica has recently painted "stay to the right" and a middle line on one of their blind curves on the path north of Auburn Rd (see pictures). i feel like Ster. Hts. needs to do the same markings on the path going under Riverland.
