    Sewer Issue Acknowledged

    On 08/25/2020 I submitted a ticket reference the sewer/manhole covers on the Pinellas Trail located behind these addresses: 9592 118th Lane N, Seminole, FL 33772, 9840 Ashley Dr, Seminole, FL 33772 and 10213 Falcon Terrace, Seminole, FL 33778 as they emit a horrible stench consistently. On 08/26/2020 the Service Request #91255 was closed as “resolved”. Unfortunately, the problem is ongoing. It did not even appear that any grass or ground covering was disturbed at the manhole covers. I’m guessing they need to be sealed. Please re-address this issue. Thanks.

    The sewer/manhole covers on the Pinellas Trail located behind theses residences: 9592 118th Lane N, Seminole, FL 33772, 9840 Ashley Dr, Seminole, FL 33772 and 10213 Falcon Terrace, Seminole, FL 33778 emit a horrible stench consistently. I live a half of block away from one of the locations and smell it a lot when the wind is blowing towards my residence. When walking past the manhole covers, I recommend one to hold their breathe. Your attention to resolving this issue will be greatly appreciated by many residents and persons using the trail. Thank you.

    April 9, 2017 I reported a sewer issue and it was assigned Work Order #1778293. The blowing sewer smell has not quit since April 6, 2017 and the work order was unfortunately closed due to the crew not locating any odor in the area. Please check the manhole covers on the Pinellas Trail behind 9840 Ashley Drive. We believe the reclaimed water manhole cover maybe the culprit. Thank you.

    Thursday, April 6, 2017 in the evening we noticed a sewer smell blowing from the north / northwest. Almost like a sewer and propane mix. There is definitely a sewer leak or some type of issue going on. I will also email due to the uncertainty of whose problem it is.
