    The street lights on the North side of Broadway, between Kettner and the RR tracks are out of order.
    This is a very dangerous situation, especially by the RR CROSSING.

    Please note that this center court (of three) at Sunbow Park has been vandalized with the white and non-conforming paint. The Park is generally in very good condition, and the other two tennis courts are also in excellent condition, yet this Court is an eyesore for the park, the residents, and for the city of Chula Vista.
    I request that the city attend to this issue forthwith. The white paint needs to be scraped or sandblasted, to remove the added and uneven surface, and the surface then will ready to be repainted.
