    2 things need fixing
    1. When traveling southbound on eastern the traffic signal is hard to say as there is a very large pine tree blocking visibility of the lights. See photo

    2. The sound that the crosswalk mechanism makes is not working properly, so those who are vision impaired will have no way of knowing whether it is safe to cross or not

    A large commercial semi truck and trailer has been parking on Rutland Drive at Templeton in Carmichael 95608. It is next to a residential area, and is taking up parking for the commercial office building on the west side of Rutland.

    I saw one of the blue "adopt a street" signs at Watt Avenue just north of Edison. It says sponsored by "Edison Avenue neighbors". I am trying to reach them.
