    When someone comes out to clear this one, it might be good to check the length of Sand Hill - there seems to be debris all along the street.

    walking up Sand Hill Road, you can see the storm drains on either side of Olney at Sand Hill Road are filled with leaves and debris. Last rain we had, water backed up into the street very badly. Could we get someone to clean them out?
