    It is happening with increasing frequency that people are parking dangerously close to the intersection of Union and Brook, particularly on Union. I think people don't realize how much they are blocking the view of oncoming traffic. Could signs designating the appropriate distance from the intersection be installed on the Eastern Side of Union? The Eastern Side of Brook could also use it, but I see it less, but still occasionally on the Western side of Brook.

    A sign adjustment and conversation with the property manager at 70 Concord street is needed.

    As the signs are set up, the (artificially) orange is a loading zone Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm. Which means it is available for parking after 5pm as the no parking signs point away from the loading zone. These signs indicate the (artificially) purple "No Parking" zones.

    If this is not as intended, the DPW should update the sign to say loading zone at all times, not just M-F 8am-5pm.

    An very angry individual came out to tell us not to park here after 5pm as it was a loading zone. We moved on, but it seems if that is how this space is intended, the signs should reflect that.

    When I informed the individual that the signage does seem like a problem if that is the intended use and that I would happily report it and bring it up at the Highway Commissioner meeting this Monday, he told me it wasn't a highway problem but a city problem, so he is also confused regarding who to report the problem to.
