“Hello everyone I decided to go out today and clean J Street I knocked the weeds down as best as I could. it's amazing how many people actually stopped and thanked me for doing it and they don't even live in Chula Vista I had residences walk over with water and food. I told them about what was going on with next door. I also had three City Vehicles pull up look at me and smile and off they went. So once again all the city needs to do is come out and pick up the trash and clean up a little bit more. So Saturday is off. I'm going fishing”

When it rains it's going to flood... and rain is coming and the City will be on the hook for all damages. I have a map showing that it is the citys easement. and a map showing that it's public. Please advise what public means. The City took my fence down and put theres up. and thats when it went public.
I will forward this to Consumer Bob, Turko, Citys Mayor & Attorney Office & CV Fire as they will be the one that responds.

Yesterday I saw a city employee picking up shopping carts at the palomar Trolley Station.Q. Why is that? isn't that MTS problem? But they won't come out a pick up the debris that is blocking the storm channel. I have NOT asked the city to clean it just come PICK up the stuff. and how is the channel not part of the City's responsibility to keep rain water flowing properly. Come on Rudy C.
