    Significant potholes along Downing St NE, north of 13th Pl NE/Adams St NE and Bryant St NE, prevent the road from being used as a two-way street. (This is a two ways street, but there are so many potholes in misrepair that cars must do their best to dodge them when coming down the street.)
  • 1250 Saratoga Ave Ne Washington, District of Columbia - Brentwood
    In the right most lane of Saratoga Ave NE heading east, there are significant potholes. The number of the holes is significant enough that cars who are turning right onto Brentwood Rd NE move over a lane to the left, creating confusion.
