Snow storage in bike lane

Snow pile blocking bike lane still present (and larger) that what was previously reported as now-closed service request ID #502188.

Timing of lights at Park & 5th need to be updated such that trains are not being stopped there for car traffic Did not use to be the case and now happens regularly that the Blue and Green Line trains are waiting to reach the platform at an intersection with very little cross-traffic, even during rush hour

This is in reference to Parking Violation (9432129), which was closed by Minneapolis 311 on 3/1, with the following note:

Please note that as of today the case has not been resolved Barricade is still taking up half the bike lane Should be moved in slightly towards the building so that bike lane isn't blocked or moved further into the street outside of the bike lane markings, thereby creating a protected bike lane!

Barricade installed outside medical examiner's office is blocking half the bike lane. Please move in so that bike lane is clear and safe for use. No option for bike lane, so entered as a parking violation.

US Bank Stadium station. Platform itself is cleared of snow, but where people cross from one platform to the other needs snow/ice removal In some areas, it is a sheet of ice

Light rail platform itself is cleared fine, but at both ends, the paths to cross the tracks need to be cleared.

Street needs to be plowed again on the 501-531 stretch of Park, as even drivers who are trying to park as close as possible to the windrow/curb end up taking up half the bike lane.
