I’ve loved her for 23 years next to this house which was once beautiful and taken care of. They sold this house over 6 years ago or so and the landscape has got horrible each year and their is always junk in the back yard line abondon vehicle, old fridges, furniture in the yard or in the garage. They come to cut the grass once a month or every 3 weeks. I’ve never seen it this bad. The landlord is a total slumlord and we knew this would happen when the property was bought a few years back. The garage doesn’t even have a door and they had mice in there living which the tenant told us. The 50 unit has wires hanging from the side of the house and it was never like this. The yard has turned into a swamp when it rains bc they park on the grass and when they do cut the lawn and blow all the dirt comes to our side and I cannot even hang outside when they come to do the lawn because dirt is blowing everywhere bc there is no grass in some areas. This is disgusting. I pay too much taxes to be living next to this slumlord who doesn’t take care of the property! Something needs to be done. I should have to look at this view every time I’m eating or outside.

I can't take it. I'm a person who takes care of my city. I don't own any pets and my house and yard is in great condition. I'm tired of seeing 3 to 4 cats always in my yard and leaving poop. It's driving me crazy. I don't have any pets why am I picking up poop?! I have a baby that loves to play in my yard and is now stepping in crap! It's not fair to us. The next door neighbors don't have garage doors at all and most of the cats.live their and some come from behind our house. I don't know what to do anymore. I've complained many times and now I'm seeing poop in my driveway when I get home from work! Please do something about this.

This house is never maintained. It's disgusting to our neighborhood. They now park in the yard over 5 cars and they don't even cut the grass. The owner is Nick and we are tired of him never cutting the grass or taking care of the property. Everyone else maintains their home but him. Their are cats that live in that yard and they told me it's nobody cats and it comes into my yard all the time. They have a garage that has no doors and lifted the garage up to put more cars inside the garage. It looks crazy!!!!!!

There is always a white/orange cat lurking around. It's always hungry and scrapping for food. It cries all the time. It's next door to our home on the left but it comes to our yard a lot more. We do not feed that cat but it tends to destroy and has got into our garage and scratched up our cars!

if you are going to inforce the law then plesse come tow away the cars that are parked on the wrong side of the street. They never listen to the rules. i would like my street properly cleaned. Thank you

this is the second issues im sending again. The smell coming from the sewer is terrible. its getting worse and worse and im sick of smelling it and when it rains it gets worse. please fix this as soon as possibly. not sure if this is a sewer backup or not. its not coming into our home it just smells bad. i can smell it from my backyard.

So my tenant reported to me that the sewer stinks badly and it also smelt like Gas in front of our house on 66-68 crowther ave. She said the smell was unbearable and never smelt like that before. So im reporting the issue to have it checked out

I got a pop up on my screen and now it deleted my entire description. We have this dog who has been in the garage for awhile now and its cold and it keeps barking. Gojng to see if i can sign on a desktop before it deleted everyrthing i wrote over 3x already
