Tilly Mill around the intersection with N Peachtree; mainly near Kingswood. It is appalling that the sidewalk has been closed for over a month. I am seeing students having to walk on a crowded TillyMill heading to GSU. Runners having to go in the street. Worse, families with strollers walking to synagogue on Sat's. You can't close a sidewalk and leave people NO option but to walk IN a busy street (the other side of the road is a ditch. Someone is going to get hurt. This is very poor planning and it's been this way for nearly 6 weeks now.
