Safety risk- The westside pedestrian signal paralleling E marginal Way turns white (walk) while the northbound left turn signal from E Marginal Way is illuminated. This intersection is very busy during shift changes for the local business and is a risk to pedestrians. Could this walk signal be illuminated only when triggered by a pedestrian, and turn the traffic signals red? A nearby bus stop increases the pedestrian traffic for this area.
