Mooning cars as they drive by. Swinging brown backpack at cars as they drive by. Walking around with wood and sticks in hand. Throwing tent, blankets, papers, food, and backpack into street.

Homeless spraying hair spray from her tent, yelling at everyone (and no one), throwing rocks from railroad tracks onto street and mooning news station. She may harm herself or others.

K-Rails Should be Installed on NE 6th Street and Oak: When persons leave the college or swapmeet, they drive down 6th Street to Oak Street with the goal of getting to I-880 west or east. However, instead of turning right - as is the road requirements, if they want to go to I-880 west, they will illegally speed through the intersection which will someday cause a person walking across 6th Street on Oak to be struck. I have seen at least five near misses just in the past year. If they want to go to I-880 east, they speed through and make an illegal left turn on Oak, crossing over three lanes of traffic, again I witness cars almost colliding. Some day, someone will lose his or her life in this because of these drivers. I propose putting up K-rails to make in impossible for cars driving on 6th Street to Oak Street from running through red lights to cross over Oak or turn left on Oak. There is no need to believe me. Just stand there any day of the week and wait five minutes. Particularly on a Sunday when the swapmeet in at the college.
