    Previously mentioned ditch that crosses North Lancaster Road & parallels our home going north makes a right turn to also parallel the back of our house. This part goes to Winchester Road. It has not been cleaned for at least 15 years. The floor level of the ditch has gradually risen. I have concerns about our home insurance covering flooding due to lack of upkeep of this ditch. I realize it is hard to reach but something needs to be done.

    Ditch crossing North Lancaster Road between Pickwick & Chatsworth on both sides of street. The one going north parallels our home. It was cleaned about 2 years ago but only the part near the street. Further in, there is much debris and growth.

    At the canal crossing North Lancaster Road between Pickwick & Chatsworth, the cement storm drain cover was destroyed by machinery during road cleanup after Hurricane Matthew. It is a hazard to people in the area.
