I have been reporting this to the city for the better part of 10 years and yet, nothing is done about it. Everytime it rains or snows, the sidewalk and road are covered in deep, standing water. In the winter, that is a giant patch of ice and in summer, breeds mosquitos. I will be reporting this to federal agencies as the city and its moronic employees are apparently only good at taking care of issues for white residents.
