Sewer pipe going across Snake Creek has another log jam. It was cleared out a couple of years ago but has new logs creating a drainage issue and backing up the creek. It is directly behind the back driveway of 24 Parks.

We have previously reported this rotten Sweetgum tree which is very close to the street. We were told by our tree service a couple of years ago it needed to be removed but the city would have to do it because it’s so close to the road. It is rotten at the base with a large cavity on one side. Contacted the city and were told tree was not subject to removal and was fine. Yesterday evening with no storm or wind a very large branch (probably at least 400 lbs) just fell in the middle of our driveway completely blocking it. Luckily no one was parked or standing underneath it. I moved the parts that were blocking the street but the one on the driveway will require a chainsaw. Can we do something about this to get the tree removed before the rest of it falls? Also do I need to get a chainsaw and remove the limb which is partially in the road or can someone get it? Thank you

Bulb or sensor is out, comes on a few seconds then goes off.
