I was just reading that in Waterford a household is able to request a 2nd water meter that is to be used for lawn watering, pool filling and wouldn't be subject to the water sewer charges. Is that something available in Sterling Heights?

Noticed in the area of north end of Robinson Court next to the woods/creek that there are numerous water,gas, sewage line markers. Was wondering if someone could comment on what is being done there?

I just noticed that the home at 3350 15 Mile has been torn down and the whole area is being cleared out by large equipment. Can someone tell what is being built there since there are no signs indicating what is going on? There isn't any plans to make a roadway from 15 mile through the woods to Robinson Court, is there?

I am a 66 year old female retiree that tries to keep her yard nice. Can you see the cable lines in the mess from my neighbors unkept yard? Comcast was out yesterday to take a look since now I have horrible reception on my tv. They suggested that Edison come out to have a look. Edison just told me that they will send someone out to clip some of the vines and spray and "hopefully" that will fix the situation since neither Comast nor Edison will actually remove this mess. Can a homeowner (my neighbor) be made responsible for their encroaching mess?

I noticed today that they have framed out two of the sidewalk approaches to the street on Rhoten with concrete to be poured next. Wondering if they are planning on doing the same for the gravel approach left from the recent work done at the NE corner of Rhoten/Robinson Court?

I cannot believe the mess left by someone at the corner of Rhoten/Richard O, looks like they simply dumped a bunch of wet concrete along the curb. The same thing was done in front of 34803 Robinson Court, the wet concrete is actually dropping into the open sewer.

Since the porta-potties have been removed, I assume that the work that Consumer's Energy has been doing is complete. That said, I am wondering if someone is going to come back to collect all the utility flags and wood posts that are all over everyone's lawns and greenbelts, and, if they are going to replace the driveway approaches with concrete that they tore up and simply replaced with dirt? Both the street sign and stop sign are gone from the corner Southwest corner of MacDonald/Cero. This is a disaster waiting to happen.

Wondering what company is responsible for all of the lawns being dug up all along Rhoten and sidestreets, and if they are going to be responsible for putting sod down in the spring? While many of the lawns left much to be desired before being torn up, there are a few that were very well manicured and are now a mess. Is the City of Sterling Heights going to go back and check the mess left, including handicap sidewalk access to the street that has been left gravel covered and not paved?

Can someone tell us what all of the flags are running along most of Rhoten and Robinson Court along the greenbelt in the 15/Ryan area? Thank you.

How long is the city going allow the huge 5th wheel parked in the driveway to sit there, overhanging the public sidewalk? It has been there for well over a month, isn't code that it is supposed to be 8 feet from the sidewalk?

The fire hydrant in front of this residence is almost completely buried under the plowed snow. Isn't it the homeowner's responsibility to make sure that the hydrant is clear of debris/snow?

There are several gigantic potholes in the right turn lane going from eastbound 16 Mile onto Ryan Road. They are going to do some serious damage to vehicles.

Found it rather interesting as the snow plow was flying up and down Robinson Court that he was throwing the slush halfway up the driveways on the west side of the street. He didn't turn his plow towards the east side at all, nor did he get anywhere near their curb. I have kept my sidewalks clear through this whole snowstorm now I and others have to deal with this mess.
