    Trash can not emptied. Recycle can was shoved up against trash can by the recycle collection, making access poor. I have removed the recycle bin so that mechanical arm can access. Very sloppy recycle operator, imho.

    Storm sewer grate is several inches below the level of the street in the approach to our driveway. Cars can "fall" into it and scrape low body parts. Also, the asphalt margins are broken and falling into the sewer. It is a serious trip hazard.
