vehicles are parking on the sidewalks around that general area which propagated an incident of a women trying to walk avoiding the cars and fell down which she hurt her ankle and went to hospital. this has been reported more then once but still to no avail the sidewalk parking is still happening

a tree was removed one week ago but the stump and roots are up rooting the sidewalk. needs to be fixed asap due to safety issue of pedestrians and alike

after hydrant flushing marker put back the wrong way and is interfering with people that try to walk on side walk

after hydrant flushing marker was put back incorrectly and is blocking the people trying to walk on side walk and also seems to be same situation throughout the city

in front of the Madison building on Salem Street Revere there is a hole where a pole is attached that has to be cemented in.. in order for the flashing lights to be replaced back. job was not finished and a citizens fell into this hole but was assisted by someone else in getting out of this whole. please complete this job as soon as possible
