    Since the decrease of traffic on Highland Ave. cars and especially motorcycles have been speeding up and down the street day and night (especially night). I have seen a group of teenagers riding down the middle of the street holding up traffic while standing on the seats of their bicycles. Could this be addressed before someone gets seriously hurt as many people are out walking in this area? Thank you

    Anyone who resides on the upper end of Highland Ave has witnessed the speeding traffic whizzing by. It's frequent, disturbing and unsafe. We are requesting that a traffic monitor be set up to discourage this annoyance.

    A couple of months ago a dead tree was taken down in front of my house. I noticed they are replacing the sidewalk where the tree was. I hope you plan to plant a new tree. This section of Highland Ave. is baron of foliage. Thank you
