    A large crack on the asphalt road has appeared directly in front of driveway at 1104 Knights Bridge Lane over a very short period of time. The crack runs from the driveway on one side of street and continues to the driveway on the other and is approximately 1/2" wide and growing. As heavy construction vehicles regularly travel on this the road daily, it is extremely likely that significant road damage will occur.

    Traffic turning left from Ridgely Manor Blvd (Departing Ridgley Manor neighborhood) on to Eastbound Wesleyan Drive at any time of day, the traffic signal takes a VERY long time to change from red to green. This happens even when there is no traffic traveling on Wesleyan Drive. Some drivers have taken to running the red light in the mornings ( and other busy times) as a result, creating a potential safety issue. Recommend a simple re-timing of the traffic signal to change to green sooner once cars trip sensor in the left turn lane from Ridgely Manor Blvd to Wesleyan Drive.
