The recent pavement fixed with tar filler in the cracks at the intersection of RT25a and Hallock Landing Rd. In Rocky point and along Rt25a all the way into Wading river to William Floyd Pkwy is extremely dangerous to motorcycles as it is very slippery and has caused my motorcycle to slide out multiple times in past couple of weeks, including today where if I had not ridden a bike for 40 years and knew how to gain control I would have went down with my son on the back.

So be careful if you ride a motorcycle when ridng on 25a in Rocky Point to Wading River this will definitely put you down on your motorcycle if your not paying attention, are an inexperienced rider or are ridng like an @#$%. I have recently noticed this and want the NYS DOT or at least Suffolk County to take note that this needs to be fixed.

Whatever material was used to fill the cracks in the pavement is total garbage and is 100% dangerous for two wheels. It will eventually cause a motorcycle accident possibly hurting someone or worse take someone's life soom if this isn't fixed immediately!! NYS DOT - You've been notified!

Cars won't notice a difference but it is extremely dangerous for motorcycles, even with brand new tires. Ride safe out there everyone !
