358 Fairfield Street New Haven, Connecticut - Amity

So I would normally wait a couple days to report this, but this is a bank owned property with a history of neglecting the property and needs of the neighborhood. This morning I had to walk to the bus in the street because the sidewalks around this corner lot were not shoveled. When walking by the front door I noticed that someone shoveled a path from the street to the front door, but not the sidewalks!! This is crazy and ridiculous that someone would go out of their way to do this, but leave the sidewalks untouched. No one lives here, why is a path to the front door shoveled!?

LCI please take note and fine these idiots daily until they clear the sidewalks!!!!!

As I was walking to the bus this morning (in the street) by this corner bank owned lot, I noticed that while the sidewalks around the property were not shoveled, a path to the front door was!! No one lives here! Pedestrians should be able to safely walk around the neighborhood (not in the street) even when it snows.

LCI, please take note and impose a daily fine on these owners, and let them know that they should be clearing the sidewalks.

Normally I would wait to report something like this until it was habitual, but I just think it's crazy that someone would shovel the walkway to the door (when no one actually lives in the property), but not the sidewalk that is used every day by people in the neighborhood.

We need a crosswalks to be repainted in this intersection. People fly through this intersection with no regard to pedestrians. I also think that a stop sign at the end of Wright might help.
