Railroad tracks in West Duluth crossing 59th Avenue West and 63rd Avenue West and Raleigh Street have been unused for many years and are in such bad condition they could not be used anyway. Some have loose rebar protruding up that could possibly take out vehicle brake lines and cause an accident. Some are probably knocking vehicle front end alignment out.These tracks go nowhere and should be taken out. School busses and some other re required to stop at these crossings even though trains could not use the tracks.
