    Checking to see if 969 Kela Cresent has a building permit. They have done a lot work which does not need a permit, but now they have completely removed the deck, (about 6 or 7 ft high). All the demo is sitting behind the house next to the lake, no silt fence. Please check for the permit since they tore the whole thing down and are rebuilding including footings and posts.

    I reported a builder on Bells Rd for not repairing the downed silt fence before or after the storm. I submitted my report last Thursday. As of last night at 7:00 the silt fence is still blowing in the wind. What does it take for the City to enforce the law in a timely manner.
