    The sidewalk that runs around 86 Newell Ave (corner lot) is in desperate condition. Pavement running in front of 86 Newell and around corner down Lewis Street is cracked, buckled and broken. On the burm in front of property where a previous town tree stood has since been removed. The roots of the tree have buckled the driveway. We have waited three years for this issue to be addressed.
