there is a very large, thick cedar-like bush/tree in the area between the sidewalk and street curb in front of my residence at 4311 Kensington ave. It is a concern, especially with daylight saving time ending. Individuals can easily hide behind the bush causing concern as residents get in or out of cars. Please remove it so that our street is safer. thanks.
