    2403 Gallatin St. keeps these two dogs outside 24/7. They bark at all times of the day and night. They bark and growl at anything that moves. We literally can not use our back yard anymore. They are neglected. The neighbors will go off for 2-3 days and just leave the dogs outside with no visible food/water. Is there not a City Ordinance about keeping animals outside? Or abandoning them? They have negatively impacted the entire neighborhood.

    The Cutter Group and Oak Tree Financial are again having their dumpster emptied before 6 AM. WHY? The truck engine and warning beeping, picking the dumpster up, the garbage falling out, and dropping the dumpster on the ground are ALL very noisy so early in the morning when it is very quiet and most people are still sleeping. Again this is a residential neighborhood being negatively impacted by a business who has no concern for the people living around them. Can't you fine them for a noise violation?

    One month since I logged my first issue, which was subsequently closed by the City, the new dental office is back again having their garbage picked up before 6 am. Imagine my pleasure of being awakened by the sounds of a dumpster being picked up, dumped, and then put back down. Again, this business is a problem in our residential neighborhood. Make them STOP this rude and careless practice. They are not even in the office at this time so it has no impact on them at all. Just the same disregard for their neighbors as usual.
