    At Stanford Avenue and Market Street in Oakland the left turn lane headed west (turning from Market to Stanford) has a broken sensor. The light appears to be sensor-activated and does not recognize when cars are in the left lane. Twice in one week I've sat through more than five iterations of the light without it once turning green. Today, it piled up traffic during morning rush hour, without turning green for more than 15 minutes.
