A few years back the city addressed drainage by putting in a "rain garden". We were told that it would be planted. For many years prior to this improvement, I mowed the lot to keep the grass and weeds down and the space looked neat and tidy. Since the improvement, the city has maybe mowed the land twice. It really is an eyesore to our community at present because there has been no maintenance for quite some time. Please advise. Thank you.
