4th time reporting this, potholes keep getting bigger with rocks and debris flying out as cars drive by

Third time reporting this, pot holes are getting worse, the street has been in this condition since the summer

pot hole in middle of street since summer, second time reporting it, needs to be paved, gravel hits parked cards and pedestrians as cars drive by will only get worse with winter coming

Sidewalk was torn up to repair water leak, the cement has not been replaced and with winter coming up we will not be able to shovel snow over that section of sidewalk

Hole in sidewalk where water main was repaired , this is a dangerous hazard, rain is making the hole worse, this needs to be addressed right away
