Hello. I am writing to let you know that since reporting to your office that someone had dumped their mattress and box spring into my driveway (in the alleyway behind my house), my neighbor has taken these items to the dump. Yesterday, my neighbor informed me that he used his truck to haul the items to the dump. As a result of my neighbor's actions, I no longer need the pickup service. Thank you for your time and support.
